Höcherl & Hackl GmbH, manufacturer of an impressive line of electronic loads, has developed the new SCL series especially for testing high-current DUTs such as fuel cells. This electronic Single Cell load can load a connected voltage source up to 1,200 A at a minimum input voltage of only 600 mV (standard models) or even from 0 V (SCL ZV). This series is available in a 12V and a 40V model suitable for currents of 400A, 800A and 1,200A. For higher currents, multiple loads can be connected in parallel in a master – slave configuration. The different models are housed in a compact 19″ housing of only 2 U high. The SCL series loads operate in the following modes; constant current (CC), constant voltage (CV), constant resistance (CR) and constant power (CP) and the following combined modes; CC+CV, CR+CC+CV, CP+CC+CV, CV+CC. In the modes CC, CV, CR, CP, the electronic loads can produce load profiles using the List function. ITECH Electronics recently released IT-M3140 series can be used in practically any situation where a stable DC source is required. ITECH has chosen to cover a very wide voltage range with this series. Available in as many as 7 ranges from 30V to 1200V in both 1850W and 3000W versions in a compact housing. With its PowerFlex flexible control range, the IT-M3140 is even more universally usable than power supplies with a classic fixed control range. The ISOTECH - Isothermal Technology Ltd Hyperion 4936 has a large calibration volume of 65mm x 160mm deep, making them ideal for use as portable liquid baths. Stirring liquid baths are suitable for temperature sensors of all types, sizes and shapes. Liquid baths have smaller calibration uncertainties than dry blocks. But in combination with a suitable reference thermometer, accuracies of up to 0.005 °C can be achieved. The Isotech Hyperion 4936 models are part of the award-winning Isocal-6 family. The IT-N2100 series can simulate the output characteristic curve (IV curve) of all types of solar panels under a wide variety of conditions. TTMS 20 years On 3 October 2023, TT&MS celebrated its 20th anniversary. Over the years, we have been able to provide many wonderful innovative companies with solutions for their test and measurement requirements. We would therefore like to thank our customers and partners for the trust they have placed in us over the past 20 years! Also in the next 20 years, we hope to be able to provide organisations with the right instrumentation for their applications. As far as TT&MS is concerned, the foundation of a good solution will always revolve around optimal communication with the customer. You state your requirements and specifications and we will then look for the best solution!
